July 4th Parade & BBQ Courtesy of Solvang Rotary The annual 4th of July parade showcases the best of the valley. Floats, cars, marching children, horses, motorcycles, and more. The Parade begins ar 11:00 am. From 12 noon to 2 pm annual BBQ and free concert at Solvang Park.
The Sunny Fields Park Playground was financed and built through a collaberation between the Solvang, Santa Ynez, and Los Olivos Rotaty Clubs and the City of Solvang in 2003. It was a hands-on project with many local residents directly involved in the actual construction.
